The two practicum courses are not.

In order to complete their associates degrees, students must earn a total of 66 credits with a grade of “C” or better in all courses. This is comprised of 51 credits in courses related to the major and 15 credits in general education courses. After graduation, students are eligible to take the national Registered Health Information Administrator certification exam. They will be qualified to pursue entry-level opportunities in the health informatics field in a wide variety of health care settings.
